Welcome to a great site and look forward to your input.

My daughter and son in law live at Brentwood bay on the island. My wife and I are going to visit them the last of May and first of June. So I hope to see some of the great sites of the area while there. May be even slide a half day of fishing in while there. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

    Halibut pics

The pics are pretty poor low res shots but they are all pretty healthy slabs.

I'd recommend heading to the west side of the island, places like Port Renfrew are close access to B Bay.
We are on the west side, at the West end of the Trans Canada Highway. Tofino is one of Canada's premier Tourism destinations with over 1 million visitors per year for a small town population of 1500. You might want to check it out on line for Tourism Tofino or have a look at my site tofinofishing for more info.

I'm sure you will love the island, lots to see and do for outdoors interests. Golf Fish Sea Kayak Beer, its all here.
