I have known John now for 4 or so years and have been with the site now for 4 or so years. John would always pester me about getting an add on the site, I said john I dont book from the site so whats the point.....wrong thing to say...lol I got the earfull of this and that traffic and hits unique visitors and blah blah blah.....the sad truth is at the time I didnt understand what the hell he was talking about so, like anyone else I shrugged it off. Well one day John took me aside and showed me what he was talking about and his vision and how traffic works. After that I had a full understanding of what his motives were. I wanted in. Now jump to present day.... I just googled my name bluewater sportfishing that name has a ton of other listings for other companies so in a sense I share that name with alot of other compatition. The directory listing I have here on sportfishermen.com has me on the first page. For under a dollar a day who wouldnt do this? The traffic is now coming to my front door I just have to let them in...for under a dollar A DAY.
So what i'm saying is this, The directory is a tool that works for everyone in the fishing related industry. the traffic will come to your door. It is an amazing tool because your not just selling to the mebers of the site your selling to the world.

Gezzzus H Thrice you are right Kobey I use to not even be able to find myself on a search string here I am a listed on SFC and WALLA second hit on a google search Thanks John and all the SFC team.
Dollar a day hell I smoke a dollar an hour and sure as hell don't good results from it like this. My visits and inquiries are way up already this year and now I know why.

WOW Kobey, I went thru the same thing with John 4 or 5 years ago! Kobey is right! If you don't understand, try & get a hold of John and he'll explain it all to you in a way that anyone can understand, even me!

Exposure does work wonders. We come up as #1 on google. Now if we can get a few things straightened out we will be back on SF.

Guy's sorry for the delay in my response, traveling to boat shows can get you behind... but Miami is beautiful. Kobey and everyone else are dead on, the exposure is worth far more than the dollar per day that the listings cost. The search engine traffic alone will have your investment paying off in spades.
