Each year on the island of ilsa mujeres,off cancun mexico the hotel vistalmar has a handline barracuda tournament.which is just great.its a two day event,fishing with local capts trolling for large barracuda,four hours each day.

That looks like a ton of fun, plus handline fishing is such a challenge for those of us that are used to rod and reel. I've tried it in Mexico and Jamaica and it can make even a small fish a ton of fun.
