I think Admin is going to let me have this space
I hear both are good. I did sea school and breezed through the test. Just do it the way they tell you. My buddy thought he was smarter than the instructor and failed miserably

Sit down Shut up And fish
I'm going with Sea School later this year after my next job is done. I've heard a lot of good comments from people that have gone thru their training

Sea School. I have done everthing through them and they are the best hands down for getting it done. Just did my Masters near coastal upgrade and doing my MROP and Towing Endorsment in Annapolis next month. Awesome instructors and they also have alot of other services for professional captains.

Anthony's Ark is a blowboater
Took mine last spring through Worldwide Marine Training out of NC. They held a class in Virginia Beach around the middle of may. Really good instructors, kept the class interesting and the cost was less than anywhere else I looked. Also, if the class as a group can get a i think atleast 5 people that need CPR, which everyone will before applying, they have a guy that will come in evening and knock it out while you're there. Also, since we had enough interested from my class we also paid an extra $100 and took the assistance towing endorsment class & test. Out of the 14 people in my class no one failed, they have a teaching method of their own and it works. Strongly recommend taking a week vacation and taking the class with them. http://www.wegivethetest.com/
Check them out, they will answer any question you can come up with. Capt. Larry has a few friends in the USCG so rather than you calling and trying to get answers, just give him a hollar and we will get it answered for ya.

Anthony's Ark is a blowboater
I just completed two weekends of SeaSchool. It was great, and I highly recommend it. Capt. Frank (the owner of SS) is great, and was an exceptional instructor. I will be doing my Master-Upgrade through them as well, in march.
