Whats your thoughts on T.O. leaving????

I say its going to be rough with out his "skills" but not without his mouth! Now maybe they can start playing as a team.God he can realy mess a good thing up!

The Eagles are much better off without him. Sure he is very talented and obviously was an asset on the field, but the crapola he put the team through more than offset his play on the field. Now the team will be forced to step up and some under utilized players will have an opportunity to shine. It may hurt short term a little, but in the long run they will be in much better shape as a team.

My theory on the beginning of training camp when he was sent home was like this:

Even if we win the Super Bowl, its tainted now. It would be like Roger Maris's *61. I don't know about you, but I'd rather lose to Dallas twice than have that.

It wasn't about "One City, One Team"......it was about "One mentally unstable person"

I kind of feel bad for the guy. He apparently has a lot of issues that I think he needs to address before trying to step on a football field again and of course, I honestly don't feel Drew Rosenhaus has T.O.'s best interest in mind. If he does.....he needs to be on the shrinks couch in the session after T.O.'s.......because he is nuts.

His career isn't done. Someone will pick him up but don't expect a long term deal ever again. It will be year to year at league minimum, with incentives and lots and LOTS of clauses.

Good luck T.O. Your a great, great player......but I think you need help.

The Eagles may have screwed themselves!!! With TO out teams can now man up and not have to worry about double coverage. Now McNabb will be running more like he did pre TO and with his current health he may not end the season under center.

And furthermore I think we all pay to much attention to TO!! Yes he is arrogant, mouthy, and a great player. But how much do we complain about Ray Lewis (who is viewed as a role model when he should be in a Federal Prison along with half of the Ravens team) or Randy Moss (drugs, running over people) or Michael Pittman (spousal abuse).

All i am saying is we all dog TO but there are many more athletes in the NFL that we should complain about twice as much as TO.

For the Record I am in no way a TO or Eagle fan!!!!
