Recreational in what sense?
Outdoors type property (lake front, bay front?)
Stuff like that?
agrees with John...we been at it for 3 months..SEO keywords and product descriptions to draw the google bots, good thing my brother is here..he's a wizard at this stuff.

I THINK ITS REALLY SIMPLE.
IF, YOU HAVE WHAT PEOPLE WANT... AND GIVE THEM WHAT THEY WANT... AND BE TOTALLY HONEST AND GIVE 100% OF YOURSELF THEN,...
WORD OF MOUTH ALONE WILL SET YOU ON THE PATH YOU WANT.
Admin is correct, but here are my humble thoughts. I would give myself an online screen name that relates to the area in which you are trying to generate business. You know, something like Hilton Head [Insert first name here]. Then I would proceed to join and post on as many real estate forums as possible. You keep posting. You post enough when someone types in Hilton Head on the browser voila--- you should be there. I think that's how it works, but I am a neoghyte at the web stuff and you really should talk to an expert.
for me it is simple....
"Enjoy your own Garden of Eden or Shangri La"
that pretty much covers what i am lookin for....![]()
Ace do you mean hunting and fishing properties? Camping and cabin properties? Atv and offroad vehicle properties? All of the above? I think some of the biggest things I would be focusing on if I were currently looking for recreational properties are acreage, existing cabins or buildable cabin sites. Ponds on property or bordering property. Boat accessible, docks. Storage facilities, amenities near by (if family oriented). Im sure theres more but thats all I can think of right now.
Thanks guys for the ideas. Yes Im concentrating on Recreational Type Properties. Could mean Hunting Properties, outdoor recreation properties. These types of properties could include wildlife management, lakes, timber management, hobby farming, whatever. Its different for everyone, some like hunting, some fishing, some ATV riding, some a mixture of it all. Others may want it as just an investment. Just trying to get some ideas of what the consumer thinks of when searching for these types of properties. I will be concentrating in NC, SC and Ga.
I am working with a local group of professionals to build the site and I want to do something here on this site also.
John, we'll get together soon as I get it built. Thanks for all the insight guys.![]()
You could call it GINORMOUS BOOBS.COM don't know what your sales would be but you'ld sure get a lot of hits...
I think admin is right. Multiple domain names pertaining to the various type properties feeding back to a central site... Might be tough though. I think half the site names out there come back to SFC...![]()
