Years ago when every aspect of construction was hoppin' i took certification courses in low income housing rehab,generally its funded by HUD ,but in most towns there is a housing authority,and it gets tons of money to maintain/improve housing,here the cap is 35K per home,and 30 are slated to begin work in 2009, I figured the boom wouldn't last so i got back-up,it's working,i'm working, and its only gonna get better now that there's a "stimulator" in office, check it out.
