Can you all recommend to me a way, or give me the name of a company that will help/ensure my website comes up #1 in all relevant searches on Google. Cost is not really too big an obstacle as I know that it will not be cheap nor easy to do. I have a company that told me that we were her only client on the 1st page of results that complained. In our business this is VERY important and we need to be #1, first page will not cut it.

You have to choose and bid on "keywords" against your competitors. Usually ad agencies do these types of things. Give me some more info, I work in marketing.

While I am pretty computer savvy, I am not sure what your asking? ISP, Design Company?

First of all, I don't know a damn thing about the puter. I have a guy in my department that takes care of all of this but I know how the system works.

If you want it to come up #1 for all "relevant" searches, that's going to be pretty tough. We pay for hundreds of keywords. The more popular the term or keyword then the more $ it will cost you. Agencies can do research and tell you what the most popular terms people are searching for.

Real Estate, and as far as keywords there are not that many that we would need if I was to guess. I guess I just don't know where to find a good agency to tell me what it will take to get my desired results

If someone guarantees you that he/she will get the #1 listing in organic searches in Google/Yahoo, do not trust that person/company your money.

I'm in real estate too and we have a bunch of keywords.

The main keywords for us really pertain to the islands name with various versions of real estate after it, and the difference between FL and Florida. I researched how to improve ranking, now know more than I ever care to about spyderbots and so on, and cant figure out how to really boost the site. No place really boasts what makes them better than others. I don't believe our competition is that fierce, but I may have to eat my words on that one.
