You want a user friendly computer get a MAC.

You can get all of the necessary Word, Excell, blah blah blah windows crap and not have to worry about the other crap that comes with windows based machines. Mac has a great auto update program and works hard to keep their systems virus free. Not to mention they are basically plug and play.

Remember Mac had the first "windows" and after a few days of using one they become second nature. Very logical system and not much different than PC's.
