everyone seems to forget all the trash sal talked on cardinal joe. all i can say is "what goes around comes around " .

Rob may I remind you and everyone else that when that happened it was in the defense of my good friend Gene Quigley who did buy a boat from Joe and was mistreated instantly as a customer and is still being mistreated as his brand new 31 Cape Horn sold to him by Joe is sitting on the hill again broke in the Highlands with no helping hand by Joe or Cardinal Yachts. Gene helped Parker boats get on the map here in Jersey and we all know how many are floating here now. Personally a guy like Gene who is on the water daily needs to get fixed in a hurry, if you want your new boat product to the area to be noticed. And as I have stated numerous times the 31 CH is a great boat for the $$$$ but may need a new dealership, with more integrity, and strive to gain customer satisfaction, in order to make more sales, which lead to more profits!!! Just my opinion though!!

I'm not taking any sides here, but do want to stick up for Cardinal Yachts. My father and I have had nothing, but good experiences with them since we first got into fishing/boating in 2001. Cardinal Yachts used to be Cape Island, but pretty much all the mechanics and yard guys stayed. We currently dry dock our boat there in the winter and the guys in the yard have always been top notch. A lot of times in service industry espeacially the marine industry a good attitude goes a long way with the mechanics, staff, etc.

As far as Cardinal shutting down, don't think that is going to happen. Cardinal is owned by some very wealthy people.

sal. ..my buddy bought a sears lawn tractor. A nice one too!!!!!!! The third season the briggs locks up "Oh My !!!" he says to the sears tech. "you are supposed to check the oil" "I saw only 2 quarts in the shipping crate" he adds. Blamed it on the wife...Blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa "I told her to check it before running it"

My other buddy is getting 22 years out of his sears tractor....go figure He is mad though. He had to buy his 3rd battery this year, after 22 years . Pissed him off big time !!!!!!!
