Boat Refinancing

I am looking at refinancing a boat, trying to save a little jack. Just wondering what kind of rates people are getting right now.

I looked into the same thing 2 months ago. Got a quote back at 7.25%, 1.5% higher than I am now. I was told that more than 50% of the banks that financed boats in the pasted are no longer in boat financing market due to all the defaults. The remaining banks are intentionally keeping the rates up. I have used Offshore Financial for every boat loan I ever had, so they know me very well. They did promise to contact me when the market changes. I'm not holding my breath.
