    THIS BLOWS

Well I went to my boat to get my rigging bag and to check on the boat since it was the first day that some one has been to the boat since the blow. Well as I’m walking to the boat I see a dark spot on the motor. As I get closer I realize that the dark spot is a hole. Now I know something’s wrong, when I get up to the boat I see the real damage. The motor is destroyed rub rail falling off and we got a slight crack in the fiberglass up by the bow. Well this BLOWS, so I got to tell my dad about it and it wasn't a conversation that I’d like to have before going offshore since I’d be thinking about it all day. Well one bad thing after another and now here I am sitting on the computer looking at a 4 degree break with tunas snapping at everything and anything. I guess it just wasn't meant to be to go offshore this weekend.
John you can put up the pics if you want. Dad doesn't mind.

Well admin wanted to pull the boat for the season but being kind that he is agreed to letting me run the boat for the remainder of the season and for stripers. So you'll be seeing a lot of striper action coming from the sportfishermen.com boat this fall

    John,

But on the other hand. I'll see ya out there for Stripers!

Yea i know, at least John's letting me run the boat with my family. Thats all they look forward to every year is striper fishing. When i told my dad about the boat he was will shit(actually other words but you get it) So i told him everything is taken care of that we have a boat.

Admin my dad said thank you so much for letting us use the boat. He doesn't know how to thank you enough. I told him a dozen or two jumbos will do just fine

Ok there was a mistype on mybehalf and you like to clear things up. John is leaving the boat in the water until the end of the season which is october 31 and was going to pull it so he could work and not worry about it. Now that i'm out a boat i asked about leaving it in. The boat will remain in the water all season for my family to use and if anyone on here would like to go striper fishing. Some people took it as he wanted to pull it out today and be done but thats not the way it is. In my orginal post it should of said pulled out for striper season but somehow i skipped striper so thats what medded it up. We are still running trips if weather permits and i'll be running trips for stripers as long sa i can.

If anyone is intrested in striper rip trips or rip chunking combos let me know and we'll kill some stripers
