Blowing up the moon

Is anyone else watching NASA blow up the moon this morning? NASA has two warhead-less missles about to impact the moon in order to study the strata for water. I must say this is completely disappointing they're showing it live, and all they showed was the ground getting closer apparently the cameras were in the nose of the missles. They were calling for a plume 6 miles high and their not showing anything. Leave it to squints to get the Wow aspect wrong. Even the hosts are commenting on the lack of impact footage. They are saying that there may be some footage downloaded in the next couple of hours.

Great how much did that set the tax payers back. Some parts of Nasa are a complete waste of time and Money. Hopefully those missiles hit oil when they impact.

Teddy its not a complete waste there trying to verify if there water on the moon. That way they'll know if they have to bring it to make concrete for the giant statue of Obama he wants to erect in the sea of tranquility.

I think they screwed up the cameras at the last minute... did you see them flash to the control room and that chick that kept screwing up the radio transmissions was looking frantic... then a quick infared shot and then the nose of the rocket again...

I'm sure we'll see some other camera angle on it at sometime...

This is just great, our whole existence on earth relies on the moon and the sun. obviously, so they think by shooting missiles at it its not going to have some adverse effect on something? Were all screwed.......
