Bionic vs Baitmasters

I placed a large order of bait from baitmasters for the Big Rock. The mullet and spanish were baitmaster but all the ballyhoo packs were Bionic? I didn't *****- they looked real good and but it got me thinking.... maybe they bought a bunch from Bionic to cover their orders or maybe....just maybe....

That came directly from them???? Not a dealer???
They called me the other day wanting to know if I wanted an order cause they were overstocked... I said no... I have mine on hold...

Its possible that they set some up for bionic that they didn't take... Not likely they were "supplimenting"... That could be an explanation... I used to make other peoples lures and had others make mine in a pinch... Still on a million dollar tourney I'd blow a gasket at them...

The bait was in really good condition and It was 2 days before the tournament so there wasn't much I could have done anyway. If it was crap after I ran it then I would have gone ballistic but it was good stuff. We were ok with it.
