I made the trek up t Basils place in North Jersey to meet the man and get some reels spooled up with the jerry brown spectra. Basil met me in his driveway and from there we went into his shop...wow what a place! Everyhing was neat and very well placed. After a little small talk and getting the orders written up Basil took the time to show me how to PROPERLY make the loop to loop connection. He then showed me how to splice the loop, splice two lines togethter, how to make a wind on.. the do's and donts of braid. He went out of his way to show me this stuff and I came to the conclusion, thats the way he is..top notch...not to many people would have done that.
I highly recommend bhp tackle and the basil system..it works and works well.
