Not to be a bleeding heart but the car was stopped and was no longer a threat. If he pulled a gun on the cops then fire away. If he did not then it looks like excessive force to me. They could have subdued him by beating the piss out of him. Kneeling on the hood of the car and firing point blank at a guy is to much.

The car was not stopped. The vehicle was moving with the officer on the hood. The driver was ordered to stop. He continued at which point the vehcile was a deadly weapon. The officer has every right to stop the use of deadly force againt himself by using deadly force against the operator of that vehicle.

I see someone else has a law enforcment backround...Good clean shoot is all it was the only question was what else would he hae done if that tool didn't get delt with right there.....god i miss police work but a few more years and right back at it
