    That is always the acid test...does she like being on the water. Many a girlfriend has been dumped when the YFTs start running...I am at the point where I would not date a girl who did not like being on the water.

    Mrs BrothaBob holds her own on a boat......the only problem she has is she is a lefty and has trouble with boat reels.....didn't keep her from bringing this one up......




    Of course, she is getting a little touchy with that mate.......and considering this was our honeymoon.......hmmmm......lol.......

    She'll bait her own hook but usually leave getting them off to me.....She'll be the first to grab a net when needed. She and my daughter out floundered me this summer...

    My better half rocks. She will go catching but has little patience for fishing. She is excited about four days of fishing in Costa Rica for our honeymoon. She refuses to unhook her fish or bait the hook, but oh well.

    Well Im not a half to anyone. Im not dating anyone nor engaged. So I hope its acceptable to post here. Yes, I ve said it many times......... I am a girlie girl, but I love to fish whenever I can. I will set the line, reel it in, clean my catch...... all of it. I am looking forward to getting to hunt. Ive always wanted to and now Im going to.
    I agree with what someone said in a previous reply to this post.......... I will not date anyone who doesnt enjoying fishing or the outdoors. You have to enjoy life........ yes, its scary at times, but do it.

    I was married to a man who was a home body and wouldnt do or go anywhere.
