We have a movie star on our own sportfishermen.com. He hasn't been on in a long time, I'm surprised he can find the time to sleep, let alone surf the net. His screen name is lilmouse40. When he was a wee lad Troma pictures came to Laurel, DE and cast the movie Redneck Zombies. It's about some folks who drank a batch of moonshine, which was accidentaly poisoned with some nuclear waste and they turned into zombies. I don't know if your other half would enjoy it, but if you get a chance - you'll laugh your butt off. Might be hard to find in Blockbuster, you may have to spend 4 bucks on ebay.

First Ones To Come To Mind

Hoodlum w/Laurence Fishburne. Mob violence in the 1930s

Kingpin w/Woody Harrelson. Really funny bowling movie. (Maybe it's just me, but it seems like most people haven't heard of it)

Secondhand Lions w/Robert Duvall. Good story/ happy ending flick. If you rent it make sure you watch the deleted scenes.

Apocalypse Now Redux Speaking of Robert Duvall... Yes, I know Apocalypse Now isn't obscure, but the directors cut is. Trust me, it's like a different movie.

I second the vote for Idiocracy, really scary how accurate that movie is.

Speaking of Troma films one of the funniest movies I have every seen is Surf Nazis Must Die
