as for the year Hatteras I do think she was a 52 and a 90 model as for the Topaz she was a 44' we got from Arthure Cote up north. I have also seen a 37 Bert do that.. there were also some smaller 31' kinda boats that these things happen to.. this is what builders went to useing foam in a hull.. not only is it not good but I agree with above it makes you think about making it home.. there are also boats that had lift rails / spray rails that get water shoved into the fiberglass.

could be do to incorrect epoxy mixture or even bad epoxy or someone not knowing how to lay glass doing the wrong job. It happens alot more than you really know.
