Looks like im going to require sergery and it goign to happen right before summer. The Doc says Im going to be out four four months. No left arm for six weeks. No more than 20 lbs for 3 months after that. The doctor knows Im going to take the slig off and and go fishing no matter how bad it hurts so he is putting me in a hard cast. I tried to have the sergery in September but they said No. Oh well I guess if this is going to make me "strong like bull again" its what I have to do. I hate to miss a season I only have 35 or so left.

I know how you feel. I had knee sugery 2 weeks ago and another 4 weeks of no weight at all on the knee. But I am like you looking already to fight some tunas in the next couple of weeks. Good luck and prayers sent.

What'd you do to it?

I'm assuming a shoulder problem?

I had a hills sacs legion on my left shoulder that was repaired 4 years ago. I first dislocated it skiing and have done it 14 times since. Post surgery too. I didn't do as much phys therapy as I should have. I only had arthroscopic and had motion after 2 days.

I'm sitting here after shoveling 3 bed fulls of wet dirt today and the thing is driving me nuts.

DO YOUR THERAPY or you'll never have your arm back the way you used to have it.
