"Fry 'Em"is a universal knee jerk reaction,and in most cases i agree...but..sometimes the innocent are found guilty,in the most heinous cases the guilty are repeat offenders, such as sex crime cases,some seem to think that rehabilitation is possable..i don't. and why time after time the sexual deviants are allowed back into society is beyond me,murder ..one time offender..drunk..stoned PCP..take your pick, not serial,but did take a life..Then you have the repeat offenders ..rape..kill.ect..and for whatever reason parole in 5 yrs..or aquitted....its flawed..the solution starts with Conservative judges, and less bowing down to lib groups .

my thoughts - - guilty = instant death - depending on the crime. None of this on death row crap.
