    Don't taze me dude

As a teacher, most of our biggest problem children are skateboarders. Total disregard for authority and when they get in a group, they take on a gang mentality with their mouths.

Was the cop wrong - sure. Was he in a no win situation - you bet. Should have called for back up, rounded them up, and taken them to jail with a citation.

Too many cops and teachers are walking away from their professions because of the ACLU (leaving us little to bring about compliance with the rules) and the threat of being sued. While many of of these kids can't spell nor do they care about school, they sure know what the word anarchy is (probably from watching south park).

I'm a big proponent of ankle shock collars to be worn by those knuckleheads,
18 and under, that don't know what the word RESPECT is.

I agree that teachers dont really have any recourse in punishing these kids. The administators need to grow some backbone and suspend or expel the kids that are constant problems so they can't impede the ones that do want to learn, get a good education, and become a productive member of society. When they get out of high school or better yet dont graduate they will be the ones working for minimum wage and looking back saying "damn I should have cared a little more about school." Oh yeah and would you like fries with that.

The cops can arrest or give these kids a citation and if they walk away from a job for that reason then maybe they shouldn't have been there to begin with

    - I thought this image meant joke. Okay maybe not ankle braclets, but how about shock batons? My shock baton is my ability to blast them with a shock wave of decibels much like a drill sergeant. It sucks having to shout at kids, but sometimes that's all they can respond to.

Your comment about administrators not having back bone to suspend these kids, it happens all the time but it turns into a revolving door and they're right back in the class room. Over the last couple of years, there's a push from the communities that too many kids are being suspended and now more kids are put into in-school suspension (a total joke).

There is a real need for a two track education system much like Britain and Australia. Where kids are split around the 9th and 10th grade and either continue towards completing a high school degree or they split off and go to trade school. Obviously, we need more competent marine mechanics.

It is too funny in Baltimore sometimes. I have my truck Zero tinted for some of the places I work in the city. I go into the harbor and have trainees pulling me over and giving me repair orders to remove it. I get pulled over in other west side areas They ask what the hell I’m doing their? LOL funny how some of these guys act. Bring them over to the real world and see just how much they liked being called dude. I guarantee he wouldn’t last 5 minutes.

Neither one of them is right, kid is braking the law skating where he shouldn’t be plain in simple. Officer obviously needs to re-take the public relations and temper control course.

i knew you were joking about the ankle braclet thing. I agree that there is a need for a two track education system. Either they can complete the high school diploma, go to trade school, or choose to do nothing. Yeah I remember good old I.S.S. I was in it one time and like you stated what a damn joke. I was done with my work by 9:30 and slept the rest of the day. I sure learned a lesson that day
