Is it me or does the younger generation these days seem to be without backbone? I own an Electrical Contracting business near Charlotte, NC. Have very good benefits and pay is good for a contracting business. We work in a very clean enviroment day in and day out, its's heated in the winter and cool in the summer months. Yet, the guys that work for me constantly complain about who they have to work with and miss work if they stump their little toes. My father is 75 years old and not as sick as these pussies. What the hell is going to happen to these sorry asses when we are gone? I can count on one hand how many days of work I missed because of sickness or injury. Hell, I fell 20 ft onto a cement floor one day and even though I had a little problem gettin my pants on, I made it to work the next day. I feel like making them all go kick cans but replacement help is just as bad. Any one out there around the Charlotte area with an electrical background PM me and I will get you a good job.

It comes from the mindset of "everyone makes the team" "there are no winners and losers, everyone gets the trophy" and teachers not being allowed to discipline students and parents refusing to.

That's right. When I was in school you got your butt burned up if you didn't do what you was supposed to in school and you kept your mouth shut when you got home or you got it again. Today they prosecute teachers for that.
Government is ruining the country. Heck, they will not even make prisoners work unless they pay them. "It's against their rights." Bullshit, put their asses busting boulders and cleaning roadways of litter for their three squares they get in jail. Letting them play cards and basketball isn't teaching them nothing. The government has set up the country to be a breeding ground for sorry asses with their handouts and passiveness. I'm a firm believer in "you reap what you sew" and "an eye for an eye".

And we wonder why they say that the illegals are doing the jobs noone in this country will do.I am 75 and can outwork most of them and always showed up for work and on time and stayed late if they needed me.
