The Angel Of The Sea in Cape May is a nice place.

Peter Shields is on the beach front or the Virgina Inn is in town. Both are in Cape May. Both have 4 star restaurants.

All the above mentioned in Cape May are great. If you go to the Southern Mansion (not on the water), try to make reservations for the Washington Inn across the street (fabulous!!!!); if you stay @ The Virginia, you can't go wrong w/the Ebbit Room which is located on site. If you want beach views you would probably want to go towards the Angel of the Sea or the Peter Shields (also has a restaurant), or you can also check out Congress Hall (The Virginia's sister property), it's not a B&B but it does have the beach views, as well as a nice piano bar/lounge (The Brown Room).

Met these folks on a flight to Seattle. They have a B&B in Maryland. Haven't been there yet but they are nice people.

Miles River Guest House on Easton, MD is very nice. It is a couple that rents out their guest house on the water. They will even let you use their boat slip if you want. They drop off pastries and fruit the night before for breakfast.
