    Arnette Customer Service SUCKS!!!!

Anyone who has ever broke a pair or scratched a pair of lenses can maybe relate to me on this one. All of a sudden Arnette's customer service really blows!!! After I waited 15 minutes on hold I had the opportunity to talk to a couple brain dead beach bum sounding retards that were almost like speaking to robots. Actually, I probably could have had a better conversation with robots. I can't even tell you how many times this stupid girl said "unfortunately sir we can't blah blah blah." All I am trying to do is get a set of 32 dollar replacement polarized lenses and they told me they don't do that anymore. There has got to be a bin full of these lenses and other replace parts somewhere that will literally take 2 minutes to make the repairs but no, all they can offer is a new set of glasses at the same price you can get them for at the surf shops and sun glass retailers around here.

A few years ago an outfit out of New York called the Luxottica Group used to have all these replacement parts for the glasses. It was super easy to get them and their service was great. For some reason they don't do this anymore since Arnette changed there company polices (what a mistake that was).

I will wear my current pair of shades until I loose them or break them and then its off to another manufacturer. To me good customer service is a crucial part of a successful business and if you make me feel like jumping through the phone and choking you, you are not doing your good job.

Maybe this will deter a few potential buyers away, maybe not but at least I am trying to spread the word that they suck!!

I think all the manufacturers are the same, they make one thing, one year, and your out. Frames in my case, have the polarized lenses and NO ONE makes a frame they can go into? On the other hand, I broke the end off my Garelick extendable boat hook, they mailed me a replacement in three days.......

The thing is they still make this product. Somewhere in some sweat shop there is a 13 year old popping these lenses in frames like its going out of style, yet I can't get a friggin set of them. I actually get pissed when I put my shades on and have to see their companies name. This sh*t has got the Captain really heated!!!!

Arnette's service over here on the other side of the world isnt much better MAKO I waited 4 month for a replacement set of lenses to arrive for my boat Sunglasses......first the couldnt supply them, next they lost my sunnies and to really finish it off they told me the style was discontinued(7months after they style was released) and in the end got fed up and went for some quicksilver polarised.
