Yea, I noticed it. I would say he seems out of touch with it on. JMO. Im sure they tell him to wear it. Sort of like, when they campaign they love to take off their jacket and roll up their sleeves. Yea, fools me everytime. That way when they reach into your pocket their shirt button doesnt catch on you while removing your cash. All carefully orchestrated.
