I went down last April for a week we slayed the sails - nothing but naked ballyhoo. we had a spread of 5 with the 5th being wwwb. All on circles on 20lb outfits. The main part of the island was as wild as the sailfishing.

Guatemala for me. My buddy, who owns the marina down their has snagged 55 in the last three trips with some 40# class dorados mixed in. He says they have also been catching 200# tuna and he was going the next day. haven't heard from him yet to see if he hooked a vw.

I'm fishing the Obsession out of Pirates Cove. Jeff is taking the boat down in January and it'll be fun to fish with familiar faces down there. Last year, they had days when they were getting 50-60 shots a day! That is just crazy.

It'll be naked Guatamala hoos on TLD-25's for us as well. I can't wait!
