    Any Mail Carriers?

I was wondering if there were any mail carriers on here. I have been having a problem, and don't know what the solution is.

I live in a Townhome (recently moved in, about 6 months ago). the development is in its early stages and there are only 4 or 5 units occupied right now. I consistently get my neighbor's mail and damaged mail. I am afraid that if I complain i will get no mail

    Any suggestions?

I would get a PO Box for a while till they get it figured out. If you are getting someone elses mail they they may be getting yours which could lead to identity theft.

    Still not sure.......
I had the same problem several months ago. Found a form on the USPS website (hidden deep within the bowles of the website) to email customer service. They actually replied the next day stating they had forwarded my concerns to the local post office official. Have not had a problem with lost,
    mis-delivered or damaged mail since.

    Hope this helps

I am a clerk with the usps and it would be just fine to call your local post office and let them know. Alot of the mail comes in presorted and gets stuck in the carrier case without checking it out. This would let them know they have problem and fix it. Just to let you know it happens alot now that they have gone to automation to sort mail, even mine. (2 years, 9 months, 11 days to go)
