Were they protesting or not?? Sounds like a money making venture to me. Problem is the team went belly up. If all they wanted was an apology, this would have been over by now. Everyone knows to stand at the song before any sporting event. It is not there "right" to be there, it is their "choice" to go to the game.....Stand up and respect the tradition!

This is the type of legal crap that bogs down our courts. I think the Yankees lawsuit described in the article is exactly what's wrong with America.....was there really $22,001 in damages for getting removed from a baseball game?
