Advice on a hatch gasket for livewell?

The clear livewell hatch on our boat came with a rubber gasket stuck to it so it would seal up splashproof when the livewell was closed. It's been in the sun for 9 months now and the rubber is cracked and starting to fall apart.

I would like some info on what you guys use to replace those gaskets. And what you use for adhesive to hold them in place. Is there any UV proof rubber stuff out there?

Gringo,if ya'll have a window shop on the island,check there or try at a building supply store.There is some rubber gasket for windows that is 1" wide by 1/2" thick and it is a foam type gasket.Use some contact glue to install it.
