Admin Video upload question/help

Uploading a 50.5 MB AVI file in video uploads.
The little wheel keeps on turnin. Never says complete.
I exited after 40+ mins. file is there but no complete
message. Am I doing something wrong ?
Same thing hapened last time I uploaded.

I will have Jer take a look at it.
We are having a whole new back end installed with HD encoders.
Some of you may notice if your successful getting it uploaded that the quality is way better. I will find out the problem and try my best to get corrected asap.
