Sit down Shut up And fish
Admin
I just wanted to take a few minutes to tell everybody what kind of a guy John is. John used to keep his boat in the same marina we keep our boat in until he ran off to Cape May. Last year we repowered our boat and put the old engines up for sale, in the beginning of December I found a buyer. The problem was the buyer was about 60 miles south of New Orleans. I called a few freight companies and all wanted a lot of money to ship them down there. That is where John came in. I remembered he spent a lot of time down there and called him for some advice. John recommended a freight company that was a third of what everyone I called, the only problem was they wouldn't pick up the final payment for me. John had a friend he set me up with that hauled the engines down there for me. Not only did he set me up, he also let his friend use his trailer. John had even offered to let me use his camper to make the trip myself, due to the nature of my business I couldn't make the trip. I probably spent a couple of hours on the phone with John, it is nice to know there are still people out there that help others the way he does. John thank you for all you did for me as well as all you do on this site. Thank you, Bruce.
