Today was the kind of day that fuels this fire... This passion... This uncontolable hunger to get things right...

Yesterday I was out of focus. I had genuinely reached a place that I was going to accomplish nothing more... Our boat washer was there getting stuff wet and basically in the way of any project I could muster up.
I said f*** it and went home early. I picked up the strat. Dialed in some you tube pieces to play along with and basically left the boating world behind...

Got up this morn as a new man. Focus was full on... My yellow slip of paper with notes and to do's was merely a back up. Head was in right place... When I get rockin and rollin on something without patting my self on the back I can move like lightning and do the work of three in the same amount of time. Again its not a self compliment. I'm just wired that way when I get mad at a project...

I hit the boat like a buzz saw... Item after item came off that list faster than I could cross them out... I got to my 24volt charger project... I have never been inside a battery charger before but I had an education of what to do a few months ago when our 12v went away. Easy job only slowed by some hard to reach connectors along the way. As that last wrench landed in my tool tray it was great... "Ha! I am Deep and I have conquored!"

No it wasn't like winning the Ma500 but I still actually get an adrenaline rush with accomplishments... My list was done. I drew another up to get ready for coastal flooding ... Power cord and splitter were raised off the dock. Potential floating objects secured or brought aboard. Extra lines and adjustment of same to allow for a broader tide range... A day and a halfs worth of work today done with the sun still high in the sky. God I love it when it goes that way.

Other projects in the works all ahead of schedule... Manufacturing our own windshield assembly that we can't find a comparable one due to original maker going out of business. Blueprinting and assembling a boost for our wash down system so I can use the water I make in the islands. Gathering info and sourcing parts for auto pilot repair guy ... All slated for Monday... Till then I think I'm gonna pick up my strat and play a little...

BFB, never learned how to snow ski, sports couldn't. Snowmobile, been all over VT. You'd be happier down here.., Square Grouper just down the road a piece.
