It works for the Elite Banking Interest. It works for their mission for a New World Order. It works because it allows them to have their puppet (ie: the government) to control financial establishments and international business interests thereby controlling you...

IF it was FOR US... the Trillion dollars would have been distributed to us, the CONSUMER to spark the economy, which WE own, operate, manufacture... (actually, we wouldn't be in this shit if people understood taxes and just what the heck is happening and has been happening...and what the endgame really is).

So It will work to place you and your kids into a "slavery" roll in society.

By my calculation that's near $25,000 per paying tax filer. If you make more than $75k it's probably double that and far worse the more you earn.
Understand the tax code and that number would be triple that... These 40 million you outline... they pay taxes. They are taxed on everything they buy, every gallon of gas, every flight, dinner, buying food.... EVERYTHING is taxed.... If they are a FEDERAL EMPLOYEE, they get taxed on their income... afterall it is the people's money and labor paying these aholes. If you buy or sell goods from other countries, you pay taxes on those dollars... if you own a business, you pay taxes on the reciepts of the business... IF YOU WORK FOR a company, and your income is to and from business within the USA.... well, if you are paying taxes, then you are invoking our voluntary tax system and paying because you volunteer to.... not because you have to. Learn it.

I thought this was worth taking another look at. I assume all bailout money is coming from Federal funds so in looking at funding this, that's the tax base I am considering. The numbers vary by source but it seems most have it pegged around 40% of tax filers paying no Federal income tax. There are of course many more people (kids, seniors, etc.) that don't need to file so if you start doing math on the whole population the percent goes way up. Here's a couple of sources including the Washington Post. If you google it, you'll find plenty.

During 2006, Tax Foundation economists estimate that roughly 43.4 million tax returns, representing 91 million individuals, will face a zero or negative tax liability. That's out of a total of 136 million federal tax returns that will be filed. Adding to this figure the 15 million households and individuals who file no tax return at all, roughly 121 million Americans—or 41 percent of the U.S. population—will be completely outside the federal income tax system in 2006.1 This total includes those who pay no tax, and those who pay some tax upfront and are later refunded the full amount of the tax paid or more.
But in a recent research paper on federal taxpayers, Scott Hodge, president of the nonpartisan Tax Foundation, said, "There will be 47 million tax returns with zero-income tax liability in 2009 under current law. That's one-third of all tax returns and those 47 million tax returns represent 96 million individuals."
