The drawing is tomorrow at noon.We have sold less than 500 tickets for the big prizes-1st.,2nd.,and 3rd.--but in the mini-raffle, for SFC Members-only, we have sold 72 tickets.The mini-raffle is for the Teaser offered by Gofshn (Brian), and a free night in our Harkers Island Vacation Rental-with option for 2nd.night at half-price.If you divide that 72 by the # of tickets you have--the odds are pretty good. Come on men-step up to the plate-its for a good cause.Our Wounded Warriors deserve everything they can get.

O.K. Ed, put me down for 5 more. I don't know whats holding the rest of these fellows back. This is a beautiful skiff that would look good in any collection. But that's the unimportant part of this whole endeavor. I think alot of the people on this site no of the "healing powers" of a day on the water fishing. Come on people help our wounded vets "heal", if not just a little bit.

We are leaving now for the site of the drawing , where we will ask a kid out -of-the-crowd , to draw a ticket, pass it to her Mother, and her Mother will read out the name, I will post it on the board, and then repeat for second and third.
Sometime today, I will get with Brian, (gofshn), who is here for the weekend, and ask how he wants to handle the mini-raffle , for the SFC Members, since that is his baby.

Captain, when did you do this. I am confused too. If your tickets were not in the pot in time for the drawing-I will certainly refund your money immediately.
Maybe I did not recognize your e-mail as a SFC Member, and therefore did not post your ticket numbers. If you will tell me when, and in what name, I will find out what happended.Please respond--Ed

I did it early morning Sat 7/14. Unless I missed something, there was no mention of the raffle on the PayPal donation screen.

The raffle is unimportant & no refund is requested. It seems like a great cause and I was concerned that the donation went as expected since there was no follow-up as others had received

I apologise for not posting your numbers,Gary, but they were in the pot at the time of the drawing.They were 313-314-315-316-and 317. Penny keeps meticulous records, and had your name in her books--I just missed posting them on this board. We appreciate your support, and assure you it will be used for the next Warrior Fishing Trip, which we are now planning.
