Use a Dusky bracket right from the factory. They're Fiberglass.

Why twins? Once upon a time outboards were undependable and not very powerful and the only option was twins. Now that outboards are as dependable as your car and you can get a single outboard with more then enough power, why twins?

With a single 200hp outboard you will save big bucks on purchase and maintenance and the boat will be substantially faster, lighter and will be giving you much better MPG.

Over 90% of boats that are towed back to the dock have electrical or fuel problems. If you are buying twins for the sake of dependability save your money and buy a good single outboard.

I doubt you could put twins on that boat. Too much weight and Hp for it.

If you don't already have a dusky bracket on there then you probably have an older 1970's model with the open transom. First you'd have to rebuild the transom to close it then get a bracket. You'd probably have to strength the transom too and worry about what all that weight will do

Today's 20's are rated for a max hp of 200, the boat runs best with a 175 on it.
