Rode hard and put away wet
$138.00 a barrell...OIL?
And the threat of it climbing to $150 a barrell by July 4th. WTF, an 11 dollar increase in one day. I saw an old coot Who made some "green" gas out of Kudzu vine. He said it cost Him about 5 dollars a barrell to make and has been using it in His truck and tractor for a year with no probs. Folks are driving electric cars and "Smart" cars (those tiny ping pong ball things) and I was wondering..
....when will the major "big boat" mfgr's start building alternate fueled boats?
Time to park the F-350 and get a Vespa!

I think Admin is going to let me have this space
Still costs under $10 a barrel to pull it out of the ground and no major supply issues.
I think this is the calculated reply of the parties that want it higher, and were worried when the bubble started to burst early in the week.
I am also disappointed that the politicians are afraid to take it on. Let's fix this screwed up market and let's tap ANWR already. Put some revenue from that to environmental concerns and the world will be way better off.
Had to vent again, I've been flipping off the futures traders on CNBC all day.

Crab mustard is good
we hit oil
sittin on top of a pretty large resivior rite now... exact size has yet to be determined. numbers have been thrown around, in the 7 billion barrel range.
2 weeks ago: we drilled in to it and started collecting samples.
1 week ago: someone is going to have to drill another hole out here, the casing is too thin to use for production operations
5 minutes ago: opps, we just parted the wireline that pulls the samples out. that will delay us moving to drill a new hole by about a week.
but heres the kicker. these 7 billion barrels wont see the lite of day for 15-20 years, when BP will then bring a production spar out here to begin pumping it to a refinery.
