Smile 110 Volt for VHF Radio

    Hi all,

I live on a small island in the Caribbean and am a serious sports fisherman and I have a small problem.

Our cell phone coverage is a bit unreliable and I have installed an antenna at my house and wish to hook-up a VHF radio so that when I am off-shore (rarely more than 25 miles out) I can call home in an emergency.

How does one connect a 12volt Marine VHF radio to 110 volts? There mus be a gadget but I can't find it.

    Any help would be great!
