The 3rd annual WFFC is a woman’s fly fishing tournament for bonefish, redfish, snook & tarpon. The women fished for three days out of the Lorelei and Islamorada Fishing Club. This year the anglers and guides departed from the dock at 7:00 a.m. returning by 5 p.m. in pursuit of the four species. The ladies battled difficult wind conditions during the competition. The angler – guide team with the most species released earns the Grand Champion award. There are also awards for the most releases of each species. Next year permit will be added to the eligible species for the WFFC.
