St. Thomas, USVI

I was wondering if anyone had any experience fishing in St. Thomas,

My family and i are stopping on the island on a cruise at the end of feb/beginning of march and were looking to charter a boat for offshore or inshore fishing for the day.

i was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a boat/captain in the area, and what fishing was popular & catching that time of year ?
