The St. Thomas Blue Marlin Bite

Greetings from St. Thomas and Loaner Sportfishing Charters

The bite this season in St. Thomas has been great in June/July and August and September is shaping up to be a moon to remember. Our last trip we went 5 for 8 on the blue marlin anmd 1 for 1 on white marlin and the bite has not slacked off over the past week. One boat 3 days ago released 3 for 5 and an estimated 900lb. marlin. All indications are it will onlt improve as we get closer to the September moon which historically has been great.

The Loaner is a 60' Bertram sportfish and we are available for charter. I'm posting here "fishing" for charters for the up coming moon. We have great dates available. Accomodations are only 5 minutes away from the marina and are reasonably prices. Wyndam Sugar Bay Resort. So anyone wanting to catch the great bite we are experiencing please get in touch and let me know how I may be of service. Thanks and until later

This weekend 4 boats raised 50+ marlin! Our boat, the Loaner went 6 for 9. Tomorrow we're out for 3 days, maybe more.

These past few days we kicked butt. We went 6 for 8, 3 for 5, 2 for 4 and today we went 1 for 4 and had 2 eaten by the sharks and we came in at 1pm.
