Joan Vernon reports, "the 'Tijereta' and Capt. Bubba Carter are taking advantage of a great marlin bite in Mayaguez, PR. In 9 days he raised 43 and clients released 20. One of his light tackle anglers went 5 for 15 one day! Bubba will be moving to Aruba in early October for the big blue marlin bite in that area. He has charter days available."
