Just got a report from a customer of ours out fishing today off Boca. Released 1 sail, caught 3 Wahoo, and got bit off by a few Kings. Great wahoo action...kinda slow on the sails for most folks today. Looks like Joe had as many shots as anyone out there I think.

Fort Lauderdale Fishing Today - SLOWWWW

Yesterday Joe ended up catching 2 of 5 bites.

Just finally talked to Joe after a long day today. Slowwwwww was what he said. 1 Sailfish and 1 Kingfish. He said he didn't even hear about anyone doing anything anywhere. Said he ran all over Broward County!

I was out on the reef here off Tavernier today. Took the kids out for a few hours and tried to get Justin his first Sail, but it wasn't happening. Saw 1 caught right as we put the lines in and that was it. We never saw anything in the short couple hours I was out there. Fished Conch. half a dozen boats there, didn't see anything but that one. Pretty Day Though! BEAUTIFUL here!

    Florida Sailfish Report

Today, Joe had 2 half day trips. He was 1-3 in the morning, then I believe 2-4 in the afternoon. I saw a nice Kingfish picture too. So, in two half days, 7 shots....not bad. Pretty respectible. He's fishing again tomorrow, so I'll have another fresh report and I believe we have his call in report coming along shortly.

    Tight Lines,

    Trey

    Sailfish Update

Just got this from Joe regarding what's been going on....big front coming through. hopefully that gets em going.

Fishing has been slow. Water turned green and there has not been any current. Yesterday in the Islamorada tourney there were some fish caught, 1st and 2nd place ended the day with 7fish. Today there was a few fish caught up off of Boca. We are fishing another half day tommrow. Hopefully the bite will pick up. We expect the fishing to get better as this front rolls through! Capt. Joe McGivern
