Naples is enjoying some great warm weather that is keeping the fish chewing. This morning we had great action on silver and sea trout using DOA Cal Tails in the key lime color. These fish are in the 13-18in range and make for quick action and great eating. I haven't snook fished in a few weeks, yet had a feeling they would be chewing. I netted bait early and ended our trip fishing a dock where we caught a bunch of nice snook to 29". It's always nice to enjoy a great snook bite in the middle of Winter. We have weaker tides right now so I haven't fished for redfish the last few days, but last week was great and have been finding a lot of them in shallow water. Great for the fly or light jigs, give me a call and let's go catch em.
