Marathon Florida Keys Fishing Report - Captain Chris Johnson, SeaSquared Charters - October 21, 2010

The Singleton family, from Riceville TN, along with grandparents Janet and Richard Howell, from Peru IN, included a day of fishing with their family vacation at Tranquility Bay Resort.

We hit the patch reefs and it was better than a trip to the aquarium. The gang caught more species of fish than they could count. They caught the trifecta of grouper - black, gag and red - all a bit too short to keep. A few mutton snapper didn't quite meet the size limit either. But, they came back to the dock with a nice haul of mangrove and yellowtail snapper, porgies and bonus delicious hogfish. They planned to feast on their catch at Castaway Restaurant.
