Marathon Florida Keys Fishing Report - Captain Chris Johnson, SeaSquared Charters - November 23, 2010

Eve and Robert Allendorfer rented a vacation home in Key Colony Beach and treated their children, Franz, Serena and Hans, to all sorts of Florida Keys fun, including a half day of fishing with SeaSquared.

I opted for the calmer Bay waters and the group was not at all disappointed in the rod-bending action. The gang caught 21 nice size mangrove snappers ranging from 13 to 17 inches along with a nice mess of Spanish and cero mackerel.

Eve told us about living in the Netherlands and loving their smoked fish. I'll be smoking 10 pounds of their mackerel to ship to them so they can enjoy some of the world-famous SeaSquared smoked fish dip during their Christmas holidays.

As so often happens, the youngest of the crew caught the most keepers and Mom caught the largest mackerel! I love having families aboard the SeaSquared!
