Makos in Stuart/Singer island FL area?

I emailed with Deep C on this topic and was curious if there is anyone who has had success targeting makos off Stuart, down to palm beach, or even slightly north of Stuart? If so, can you share the info in terms of where, how and when they were targeted? I saw the pics of that monster mako that was caught not too long ago off singer island and was thinking that was probably not the only mako out there, and there probably is a decent population of them. Has anyone had success targeting them?
I focus on the Stuart area as that is where I stay and have access to a boat when down there. Thanks in advance for your help.
