Planning to head down to Key West, FL from NC between Christmas and New Years 2010 and if the weather is good head to the Dry Tortugas for 2-3 nights. Camp on the island, see the sights and do a little fishing in the legal fishing area.
Never have been to the Keys and looking for a buddy boat to do the trip with.
Probably myself, a buddy and my 12 year old son.
Albemarle 24 express, 120 gallon fuel capacity, gets 2.5mpg at cruise speed. Boat cruises 28-30mph in 2 foot seas, does 20mph in 4 foot seas.
Looks like it could be a great time.

If we can't get to the dry tortugas, will try trolling woods wall .
