Annie's Bait & Tackle Capt. Scott Moore went on to say that their are a lot of Flounder and Bluefish in Terra Ceia bay biting on artifical lures. Anything with a wiggle tail will work but suggests using DOA-CAL Shad tails in any color. Kingfish are still four to seven miles offshore.

Annie's Bait & Tackle Capt. Scott Moore reported catching 18"-20" Flounder while Mackerel fishing off the beaches. He thinks they were following the chum line up. He says that he has never seen anything like it and told his customers to mark this day because they would probably never see anything like it again.
