Miami and Ft. Lauderdale are about the only place in the U.S. other than Hawaii that Amazon Butterfly Peacock Bass can be caught. These fish are smaller than their cousins in Brazil but are quite similiar to smallmouth bass in their fighting abilities.
It's been a great last few weeks catching quite a few decent fish with the cooler weather just around the corner conditions will only improve.http://www.southfloridafishing.org
